Built in 1600, this old water mill was fully restored a few years ago, maintaining its rustic charm. Casa nel bosco is a small, cute cottage in a chestnut grove on a mule track connecting the villages of Chiozza and Castiglione di Garfagnana. The closest parking space is 300 metres from the house. Ideal for up to three people, complete with kitchen bathroom and two bedrooms, the cottage is ideal for those wishing to escape the hussle and bustle of city life. Casa nel bosco is located next to a chestnut flour farm and small campsite, you are welcome to visit and taste our chestnut pancakes.
