Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
