The house (GPS 48°50'15.683"N, 14°18'12.613"E) is located near a large forest , with walks on the mountain Kleť, with an observation tower and restaurant. The house is situated about 3 km from the city centre. Český Krumlov is the famous historic town,with a UNESCO site. Another near places: Šumava Mountains and Lake Lipno.

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Furnished two-room ground-floor apartment 2+kk, size 40 m2, is located in a historic villa - Villa Harmony, from 1910, in a quiet neighborhood, near the castle and the Jelenka park and parking lot. The apartment includes a room with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a room with two separate beds, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and an anteroom. The bathroom with toilet is pass-through when going to the second room - it is located between two rooms.

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved.
