The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Converted Granary, South Downs nr Goodwood

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc

Countryside Cottage at the foot of the South Downs

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.

The Cowshed is within walking distance of the centre of Midhurst. Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
