With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

A comfortable studio unit in a quiet beach hill suburb of Sumner. Guests appreciate the low price & as described by a recent guest “One of the best Airbnb we have stayed in, great little private place in a great part of Christchurch.” One off-road park is available. Great walks within 15 minutes, uphill to open farmland & downhill to Sumner beach, cafe's & restaurants. The studio is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no road noise and with very quiet neighbours. It's a very restful setting.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.

Our chic 2 bedroom townhouse is situated in a incredibly handy location: 2 mins walk to Christchurch Arena, 6 minutes walk to Tower Junction Mall and the rail station, about 10 mins walk to Hagley Park, 15 mins walk to the hospital, 18 mins walk to Riccarton Westfield Mall, 20 mins to Metro Sports. The most convenient of all is a designated car park. It can host 6 guests max. No PARTY please
