The house has kept its charm with all original doors and ceilings of 5m high combined with modern art. The garden has a cozy pool that gives a peaceful feeling of nature. Restaurants and bakery are one block as Santiago market 5 min walking. Bedroom, kitchen and dining room have airco, other areas have vents.

It's located in an authentic neighborhood with a local market, parks and restaurants within walking distance. It accommodates 2 guests who can enjoy the entire house, the wonderful patio and lush garden with pool in full privacy.
