The property is 5 min by car from the Village of Corofin and 14 minutes from Ennis the county town of County Clare.

The house is on the Wild Atlantic way and a short drive from the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, the links golf courses in Lahinch (5km) and Doonbeg (25km). Home to Jon Rahm, winner of the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open in 2019. The house has been featured in BBC/RTÉ production #smother.
