The Studio beside The Barn Sweech Farm

Why not enjoy this historic place in a picturesque setting. The Studio is a 500-year old grain store, now converted into a studio annex. Situated at Sweech Farm in Broad Oak, The Studio is completely self-contained with a key safe for self-check in. It has a King-size bed, sofa, 32 inch tv with Netflix, hairdryer, small Kitchen with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea making facilities, a breakfast area and en-suite shower room. There is a designated parking space, behind electric gates.

Bell Cottage is situated in the rural village of Ringwould in Kent which is one of the oldest villages in the country. Offering stunning walks and views over the countryside towards the coast. Located between our beautiful hometown of Deal, which was voted one of the UK's best seaside towns and Dover, home to the famous White Cliffs and Dover Castle. Both being a short drive away. Our cottage is set back approx 12 metres of the busy main A258. We are approx 2 miles from main Deal town.

Perfect location for a trip over to France with the ferry a 10 minute drive and the Eurotunnel/le shuttle a 15 minute drive.

The Annexe - Optional Hot Tub - Nr Dover

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

It is surrounded by the lovely Kent countryside where you can ramble and refresh yourselves by perhaps ending the day in one of the great pubs cosy by a log fire in Winter or in Summer in an English garden. We are in the heart of rural Kent but with easy access to Canterbury, Dover and Folkestone. As well as a plethora of walks and cycle trails on the doorstep, Badgers’ Hollow is set in its own quarter acre sunken garden, with outdoor games, furniture and a firepit for outdoor dining! It's a great place for a tranquil break while offering plenty of places of interest to explore. Pets are welcome.
