The Old Station House is in the Broadland Village of Coltishall and overlooks the Bure Valley Railway and cycle track. It is ideally situated for access to the Broads and is 30 minutes from the coast and 20 minutes from Norwich. Coltishall is a pretty village on the River Bure with 4 pubs/restaurants and café within easy reach. Wroxham is just 3 miles away with a wide range of shops, boat hire and station. The house is a perfect base for walking, cycling, boating and sight seeing.
The flat provides an ideal space for a group of up to six people to stay for local weddings, walking or cycling etc. The Red Lion pub specialises in offering excellent cooked breakfasts, light lunches and Thai food (thursday to Saturday) plus a selection of great, local real ales. The pub provides sunday lunch and has live music every sunday afternoon.
We live in a 3 bedroomed bungalow on a quiet culdesac in Blofield Heath. We have ample parking space on our drive and Blofield Heath is just off the A47 and is a 15 minute drive to Norwich city centre, a 25minute drive to Great Yarmouth and the Norfolk Broads are as easily accessible. We are ideally situated for exploring Norfolk.
