Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. You’ll be welcomed to our newly renovated annexe in the heart of Ilfracombe, on historical Fore Street. Our house is approximately 250 years old and ‘the annexe’, is a cosy one bedroom, first floor apartment, with private entrance. We’ve paid attention to detail, so you can enjoy luxurious hotel quality linen and art and decor from local artists and artisan makers. The annexe is a couple of minutes walk from the harbour and plenty of great independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Totally separate accommodation comprising of a double bedroom with it's own bathroom and a breakfast room which enjoys views across the valley. In the breakfast room you will find a kettle with complementary drinks, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits,and cereal.When staying longer a few other treats will be provided. Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.
