Good base for Zip World, Tree Tops adventure at Betws y Coed being 4 miles from our farm with coasts of Llandudno, Conwy and RSBP bird centre approx 20 miles from farm. Car is essential due to location. Sorry no pets.

You have your own, private entrance into your bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Everything has been upgraded and refurbished in September 2021. In the heart of Llandudno, walking distance to two beaches and town. Stunning Snowdon mountains are only a few miles away with the many attractions of North Wales available within a short car ride. Train and bus amenities nearby. A variety of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk, but not so close as to cause noise!

The Magnolia

Unwind in this beautiful, cosy retreat situated in the picturesque coastal town of Rhôs on Sea, North Wales. Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.
