( I list this cabin for 2 people but would consider allowing up to 4 guests if you contact me especially if you wanted to bring children for instance) Please note this property may not be suitable for guests with specific disabilities if a fire occurred.

Perfect place to start numerous walks from the doorstep including many of the popular Wainwright hills such as Scafell Pike and Illgill Head. Easy access to the lake for kayaking etc.

Ideally located to explore the beautiful Lake District.

An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too. Situated directly on the banks of the picturesque River Duddon, surrounded by the National Park Southern Fells. Relax at this peaceful place to stay in the Western Lake District. There are plenty of lovely walks from the doorstep. The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

We are a stones throw from the stunning Wasdale Valley with Wastwater being named Britains best view and also home to Englands highest mountain- Scafell Pike. Perfect for couples or a family with 2 children under 13. Maximum 2 adults. As we are a working farm there will be animals and working machinery around the farm.
