Private bay residence smješten je u prekrasnom zaljevu, malo udaljen od ostalih mjesta te gosti mogu uživati u prirodi, miru i tišini, kristalno čistom moru i prekrasnom pogledu. Bungalov ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju, te vanjsku kuhinju s kaminom, vanjsku blagovaonicu i vanjski tuš. Located in the picturesque town of Rovinj, Studio is set 5 km from the Nature Park Zlatni Rt and 5 km from City Center. It offers rustic-style rooms with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The Studio has spacious bathroom, kitchen, decorated with wooden beams and stone wall elements and comes with a big terrace. Hiking and cycling trails can be found all around the Studio.A pebbly beach can be found 900 m away. A grocery store can be found 700 m away. Parking is provided.

You will enjoy the new luxurious bungalow that uses solar energy. When you pass "Another World" entrance, whole hill and bungalow becomes only yours. You are entering at the private land without other people. I tried minimal harm the environment by locating your bungalow inside it, that even uses solar energy. Bring your sports shoes because the road is very steep, up to 25%. Your hill has lots of goat's paths and beautiful panoramic views, where you can spend the whole day.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in Pješčana Uvala in der Nähe des Waldes Soline, 4 km von der antiken Stadt Pula entfernt. In der Nähe des Hauses befinden sich zwei Strände: Pješčana Uvala und /oder Uvala Soline, beide ca. 700 m entfernt, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Innerhalb von 5 km befinden sich mehr als 20 Badestrände. Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.

Objekt se nalazi tik uz obalu u prekrasnoj tirkiznoj i dinamičnoj uvali Kosirina. Pruža privatnost,okružen je zelenilom i cvijećem u sjeni stoljetne masline.Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka, kuhinje,sobe i kupaone. U sobi su dva francuska ležaja(galerija). Dnevni boravak je ostakljen mobilnim stjenkama i ima pogled na more i čitav zaljev. Terasa je natkrivena i gosti na korištenje imaju 2 ležaljke, 2 ljuljačke,sup(daska za veslanje), roštilj, solarni vanjski tuš...

The Blue Gate

The Blue Gate is a simple retreat surrounded by pine trees, with stairs leading down to the Adriatic Sea. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The place is a little bit old but clean and functional.. The natural surroundings are ancient and will put you into a beautiful, relaxed and lazy Dalmatian hypnosis!

Apartment is part of Agrotourism Mornarevi Mlini. There is our eco-garden by the house where you can pick fresh fruits and vegetables. Our open terrace is also nearby and we can prepare traditional dishes with unique experience, or guests can spend free time there. During winter period we have special offer with great price which can be agreed and optional organized activities (fishing trips, olive garden, excursions,...).

Naša kamena kuća s bazenom se nalazi na prekrasnom, zelenom otoku Braču, u blizini etno-eco sela Dol. Okružena je stablima maslina, mirno je, puno prostora za djecu, kao i kućne ljubimce. U selu Dol, koje je udaljeno 10 min.hoda, nalaze se i dva restorana. Udaljeno 3 km se nalazi mjesto Postira, sa više prodavaonica, hotela, restorana, plaža, rekreacija za djecu. Gosti mogu uživati u šetnjema prirodom, grilanju, druženju.

It lies in the first row, surrounded with greenery and it offers a beautiful sea view not far from the beach (6 min by foot). This place is a fantastic garden home, The wonderful neighbourhood and very quiet. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom , large private terrace covered with a grape vine canopy and views of the Adriatic Sea and Old Town. Great for friends/families travelling together. Sleeps up to 6. Not suitable for limited mobility because of climbing stairs.
