E' raggiungibile in 10 min a piedi dalla stazione di Porta Nuova e dalla più vicina stazione della metropolitana (arrivate al Lingotto in 20 min). Sotto casa ci sono fermate per i mezzi pubblici (Inalpi Arena in 15 min). Comodo anche per l'Ospedale Mauriziano e il Politecnico (10 min a piedi). I portici vi permetteranno di passeggiare da casa fino in Piazza Vittorio anche in caso in di pioggia senza dover aprire l'ombrello!
