Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Blacksmith’s Shop

Newly converted detached cottage (which was historically the Blacksmith’s shop) situated on our working farm. Adults only, one king sized bedroom with bath, shower room and open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The perfect place to explore the hills, castles and beaches of north Northumberland. Water's Edge at Farne House | Seahouses

Relax in luxury whilst enjoying fantastic, uninterrupted views of the sea - welcome to Water's Edge at Farne House. With an open plan kitchen, living and dining area featuring 2 Juliette balconies overlooking Seahouses Harbour, you can enjoy views of The Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle at all times of the day. Sleeping up to 6 across 3 bedrooms, each with the same outstanding views, the master bedroom has a roll top bath situated in the large window and super king size bed.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

Orchard Cottage, Dog Friendly, River Access

The Orchard Cottage is situated in an idyllic orchard garden surrounded by apple and plum trees. There is private access to over a mile of the River Till and ancient woodland. The bedrooms have stunning views of the River Till valley towards The Cheviot hills and Northumberland National Park .

Located in the historic Ford & Etal Estate there is so much to see on the doorstep. It is the perfect place to stay while exploring North Northumberland. Acorn Loft is a wonderful place to stay and has everything you need for a fantastic break.

The Blue Bell Inn, Crookham, is set in some of North East England’s most spectacular countryside. Marvel at the views in the Cheviot Hills, take in the dramatic Northumberland coastline or make the short hop over to the beautiful Scottish Borders. Pets ARE NOT allowed in Pub/Hotel rooms. Pets are only allowed in the bar area or if you book The Cottage.
