Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 2 double beds and 5 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

Our apartment in the castle was renovated in 2024. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom, there is also a fully equipped kitchen available just for you. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
