De moderne villa heeft een schitterend uitzicht op zee en het bergachtige achterland en is gelegen op 6500 m2 grond op de grens van een Nationaal Park en is omringd door ongerepte natuur. Het is een wandelparadijs en ligt op enkele autominuten van één van de mooiste kusten van Italië. De inrichting is licht en modern, met antieke elementen zoals de oude kastanje houten deuren, de antieke olijfkruiken en de vintage lampen. La struttura offre l’accesso immediato all’ampia spiaggia libera frontale, molto tranquilla e non affollata che offre anche i servizi di un lido. La spiaggia e il fondale sono sabbiosi, il mare non è subito profondo.
