Light filled living area & functional kitchen make this home as comfortable as its original features original including windows and fittings. Some elements reflect the home’s age and character. Guests seeking perfection may prefer a newer build. Minutes from Silkstone Village and Ipswich central including hospitals and shopping centres with easy access to public transport and major roads.

Self-contained studio with its own patio

This is a new cosy flat in a nice and quite part of Kenmore. It is a part of two story Hampton style house. The unit has it own access, ensuite, Aircon reverse cycle and double bed. It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Bee house

This unique place has a style all its own. A lovely garden with hot tub to explore, chickens with fresh eggs on hand, beehives with access to some fresh honey, lovely friendly dogs who will happily enjoy a game of fetch and tug of war. Train station is just a 2 minute walk from the house. Across the road you have a takeaway shop with great burgers and a little fruit and veg shop with lots of great prices. If you can’t sleep and want a naughty treat the 7/11 is also just across the road.

The cottage is completely separate from the main house on a half-acre block in Karana Downs 28 kms to Brisbane CBD or 12 kms to Ipswich CBD. It is fully self-contained, modern, airy, quiet and peaceful. It has a full kitchen, laundry, dining and lounge area and one double bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom with safety railings. The cottage has two split system air conditioners and two ceiling fans. It has a large private covered verandah on 2 sides and undercover parking for one car.
