Not far from Hobart or the airport and a 1hr drive to must see attractions MONA (47km), Port Arthur Historic site (58 km) and Maria Island Ferry (74 km).

Carlton River Escape

Carlton River Escape was completed in 2023 and built as a peaceful hide away retreat on the back 50 acres of our property. It is nestled right beside our Swift Parrot Conservation Forest area which also shares it space with our local wallabies, wombats, echidnas, pademelons, possums, and eagles. Amid the fresh Tassie air, and the incredible forest views, you will feel completely relaxed listening to the sounds of the wildlife while enjoying the luxury of a secluded brand new home.

Carlton Beach is one of Hobart's most beautiful family friendly beaches with surf breaks at both ends of the beach - Park Beach and Carlton River Mouth. This home offers everything you need, and more, for a relaxing stay and is located perfectly for a range of fun activities and close to many tourist attractions.
