Gum Tree Studio - The perfect country retreat!

With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

The Cottage is separated from the main house by lawn . It is spacious and open plan, surrounded by orchards and farmland. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. There is a private deck to enjoy a glass of Wine.Good Wi-Fi. The cottage is well appointed with an ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. You will be the only guests It is a 30.Min. drive to Motueka, or 50 minutes to Nelson. Abel Tasman, Kahurangi and Nelson Lakes National parks are easy to reach,it is on the great taste bike trail.

Nelson Hills - Modern Apartment

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . Own bathroom, Private deck & BBQ area Great views, close to down town, beach, airport & main routes.

Hidden Holiday Cottage

A cute wee cottage for a hideaway. Surrounded by trees and bird life in a peaceful setting. The Motueka River is a 5 min walk. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. A great central location for Nelson, Motueka, Kaiteriteri and Nelson lakes. We are conveniently located right on the Great Taste cycle trail. Fully self contained cottage. Pearse River Hobbit House bike trail, hike, fish

An overnight stay you will alway remember! Relax in this unique above ground Hobbit House. Lovingly hand-built. Sleeps 2 to 4 (two double beds). Solar and battery-powered lights. Wood heat. Outside kitchen with cold water tap. Custom antique style ice box. Propane cooker. Barbeque. Shower with On-demand hot water. Composting toilet. Hobbit House is nestled on a lifestyle block in beautiful Pearse Valley with lovely rural outlook. 1 km walk to lovely waterfall. Close to trout fishing.

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

The House: on a peninsular, close to the wharf, this haven is close to restaurants, cafes, galleries, fish and chips too. Central to Abel Tasman National Park cycle trails, wineries, art galleries.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.
