The accommodation is fully equipped for a pleasant one-day or multi-day stay, it has its own private multiple parking spaces on the plot, a large yard, terrace, lawn. It is located in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes by car from the city center or 15 to 20 minutes on foot to Lake Jarun. The tram station is 3 minutes away, connecting all parts of the city with direct lines.

New apartment with an amazing view on Vrbas river and hills of Banja Luka. The apartment is 9min walk from the city centre bustling with bars, restaurants, and bakeries yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood for your comfort and enjoyment. You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)
