You'll love this unique and romantic secluded location, with its own private driveway, covered parking and Woodfired hot tub, amidst a blossoming orchard surrounded by stunning wildlife. Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

The Annexe in Paignton, Devon

The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Nestled at the foot of historic Cadbury Castle in beautiful South Cadbury, our home is perfectly situated for anyone looking to escape the rat-race and recharge their batteries. Great local walks and fabulous local pubs within walking distance. A fabulous place to break a journey if you're travelling from London to Cornwall as we are pretty much half way. However, be warned, those that have done this so far, always wish they were staying for longer, and sometimes they do!
