The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Simple, comfortable room in clean cosy flat. It is my home, but when you come I will stay at my boyfriend's house, so you can have the place to yourself. It's my home, not a holiday home, so while it is clean and tidy, it is homely, not immaculate. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room. My bedroom is private, thank you. Perfect location, 1 minute walk from Exeter Quay with pubs and restaurants, lovely walks. 9 minutes' walk to Exeter cathedral and city centre.

This unique cabin has beautiful river views and it's a wonderful place to watch the sunset. The high ceilings and wood burning stove give it an ambience that sets the scene for a cosy yet elegant vibe. Little luxuries like underfloor heating in the shower room add to the comfort that we seek to provide. Our cabin is a newly build cosy and luxuries space. Private and self contained. Set in the back of the garden. Contemporary furnished for nice relaxing stay in the middle of beautiful countryside but only within 15 min walk to the sea. Fully insulated and soundproof. Perfect place to get away from it all. Ideal for a couple and one child sleeping on the single sofa bed. The space will be restricted if you require extra cot for an infant. Please note there is no disabled access.
