Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area.

Annex has one bedroom, downstairs is the dine-in fully equipped kitchen and downstairs toilet, first floor has the lounge and third floor has the bedroom and bathroom with bath & shower. The annex is in Selby close to A1 and M62. Thirteeen miles from York. Good train links from London, York and across the Pennines. Good bus to York and Designer Outlet park and ride. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful farm-based getaway. Set in Dunswell, a small village just outside of Hull, our Airbnb offers one double and two single beds, and a large sitting room, including a television with a FULL Sky TV package; including movies, kids, and sports. The kitchen/diner includes an espresso machine, microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and toaster. We are fully dog friendly with an enclosed garden and there is plenty of space and equipment for children to play.

Garden Studio Close to Centre of York Free Parking

The studio has recently been converted to create a self-contained apartment for a maximum of two visitors. It has an open-plan bedroom, living and kitchen area and an ensuite shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge, a kettle and a toaster. The shower room has a heated towel rail and the studio is heated throughout. Guests are provided with provisions to make a simple breakfast and tea and coffee are also provided. There is free WiFi and parking is available in the drive.

Plenty of good walks in the area and free fresh eggs from our hens. We can also be flexible on check in and check out times

Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
