Our country cottage has been completely renovated into a beautiful and stylish home. It is situated in an idyllic setting overlooking a stream in the North Yorkshire countryside, 4 miles from the small market town of Malton. This is an extremely peaceful place, entirely surrounded by fields. The cottage is semi-detached with a quiet neighbour. The cottage accommodates 4 adults, a child and a baby, in 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 (king) double, 1 with two singles, 1 with smaller bed and travel cot.

Our 17th Century, characterful Yorkshire longhouse provides a spacious, retreat, and a fantastic base for family and friends to meet up with plenty of opportunities for days out in the surrounding North York Moors. The house is in the vibrant market town of Pickering with it's famous heritage railway. Pickering has a cafes, restaurants and pubs along it's bustling high street and a weekly market selling fresh, local produce. 7+2 guests (sofa bed in the snug for 2 guests at an extra charge)

Dalby Family Cottage, Bickley Rigg Farm

Nestled in a serene, private valley, our 150-year-old cow barn has been meticulously transformed into a charming retreat. The two-year renovation blends timeless character with modern comfort, featuring French-inspired decor, antiques, and intriguing curios that create a welcoming, intimate atmosphere. Enjoy lazy mornings at Woodpeckers Cottage Silpho as you watch the sun rise over the sea from the sofa. Take your dog to the field (exclusively yours throughout your stay). Walk the footpaths through fields & forests to valleys with streams and hilltops with views. Drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. Return to the dog field for afternoon tea or a glass of wine, where a bench for two in a peaceful sun trap provides panoramic views of the setting sun.

Sleeping up to 4 ( king & super-king/2 singles) with dogs welcome, The Barn at Flaxston Gill is a rural idyll and the perfect getaway location for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The Barn is well equipped throughout – fine linens in the bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen (including climate-controlled wine storage). Free wi-fi, a bluetooth sound system and smart TV. Outside is a part-walled, sandstone patio with table and chairs and a large field which you are welcome to access.

This recently renovated annexe offers a relaxing base in a semi-rural location. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. With its intriguing glass topped well in the floor of the main living area. the Lodge offers a king size double bed (5ft width). Tinson's Barn

NO SMOKERS. The HOT TUB is exclusively yours! This barn is unsuitable for children. Please ensure that all guests are happy with the house rules before booking. Please also note that the property has slipper baths - there are no showers or shower heads (see pictures) Private area with seating and a hot tub. We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
