Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837, in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. There is no kitchen but Tea,coffee and other items are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For extra persons there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

The Lodge at Kersmains is our gorgeous country cottage set on our family farm in the beautiful Scottish Borders countryside. A perfect location to visit Kelso, the quaint cobbled market town which is just 3 miles away with plenty of boutique shops, bar and restaurants, as well as the ancient Kelso Abbey and Floors Castle. Enjoy a farm tour and learn what we grow here, and perhaps even come for a ride in the tractor during harvest! A very warm welcome awaits you at Kersmains.
