Hillside Perch is a delightfully cozy cottage in a quiet and private neighborhood. A five-minute walk takes you to Little Beach and another five minutes takes you to the heart of downtown. You’ll find the cottage tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Amenities include WiFi, Netflix, washer/dryer, a fully-stocked kitchen, and gas BBQ. Enjoy this cottage right on the shore of Lake Erie! This peaceful 3 bedroom cottage offers a quiet space backing onto farmland and facing the Lake. Perfect for couples or families. Have a glass of wine on the deck while you barbecue or enjoy a campfire while listening to the waves. If you must work, there is high speed internet. Entire main floor renovated in 2023. New parking spaces added in 2024. Upper floor renovated 2024 to add an additional 2 bedrooms.
