A lovely 3 bedroom cottage, believed to date from the 18th century, with enclosed private garden and own parking for 2 cars. A 5 minute walk to the quay, numerous independent cafes and restaurants, all within a short stroll. Fantastic area to explore with beautiful views of Chichester harbour and the estuary. Great for walking with abundant bird life. Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
