Beautiful apartment with amazing view

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Central location in Las Arenas Hotel complex, 6th floor (elevator). 250meters to the beach, 10 minutes walk to Yumbo and walking distance to CC Cita and Nilo. Nice renovated 40m2 apartment, 8m2 terrace. Separate kitchen and bathroom Art Deco style. Livingroom /sleeping area in a more calm nordic style, high quality bed. Balcony whit a fantastic beach/sea view, pool and a big roof terrace with free sun beds. Sun on the private terrace from midday until early evening.

Restaurants, supermarkets and more nearby. Complete satisfaction and pleasant stay with all the comforts of a house very equipped. One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.
