The finca is located between Ses Salines and Es Llombards and has a living area of approx. 250 m2. All 3 double bedrooms have air conditioning. The 2 bathrooms are modern. The partly open-plan dining area adjoins a reading or study room. The separate high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is also accessed from the kitchen. The 8 x 3 metre pool is located directly on the terrace. To the side of the finca is a separate casita with gym. Plenty of parking spaces.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
