Enter at the upper level through the front sunny patio and into a large living room with two distinct areas for either TV viewing or lounging. This floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. A masterbedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. There is also a powderroom. On the lower level, the house features a family style open kitchen, dining room and a pleasant sitting area with fireplace open to the rear garden with glass doors. The garden is perfect for extending family gatherings outdoors. There are also 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each and a shared hall bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with glass doors to the garden and barbecue. Villa Luna is equipped with internet WI-FI. For stays longer than 2 weeks, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Take a walk to Parede beach (9 min), or to Riviera Shopping Center, on the way to Carcavelos beach (12 min walk) where you can take surf lessons. Keep in mind the house is located on the 3rd floor, without elevator. It's equipped with Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.
