Nestled in the oldest neighborhood of Agios Khrykos, known as "Sevdali," meaning desire in Turkish, you'll experience a serene atmosphere. Escape the hustle and bustle and choose our apartment for a peaceful retreat.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Εξοχική κατοικία με θεα την θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες (ενα διπλό και δυο μονά κρεβάτια) κουζίνα και μπάνιο. The cozy two-floor flat is located in a traditional Ikarian stone house, built on the natural rock of Fytema Valley. From the living room, you have a beautiful view of the sea. The Beach is only 200 meters away. In front of and beside the apartment, there are two terraces. The furnishings – antique pieces – match the house building period, almost 100 years ago. A wonderful special feature of the apartment is the view of the sea from the bed.
