The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Please note that there are steps into the cottage and we have a traditional Devon staircase so property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues .

The Stables is a few fields away from the local pub, enjoying wonderful countryside walks from the doorstep with Killerton Estate within walking distance. Sleeping 4-6 across two bedrooms, one a king and the other a twin/superking. A double sofa bed is available in living area.  Parking available, garden, BBQ and outside seating.

The Heavitree Hideaway is a 15 min walk from Exeter city centre, a 10 min walk from the Hospital & a 4 min walk from Waitrose supermarket. The peaceful garden area is fenced off at the end of our own long garden. Independent access is via a keypad at the side passage of our house The spacious wetroom/toilet has an electric shower & hot water sink which is separate to the studio but accessed via a covered decking area

Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.
