Neler yapacaksınız

I'll pick you up at the Caltrain Tamein station. From there, we'll head to my organic vegetable garden for a tour and to learn about the ingredients we'll be using. Once we enjoy the garden, we'll head to my bright and airy home kitchen where we will cook together and learn how to use our beautiful fresh vegetables to make perfect Japanese tempura and Japanese fish. As we prepare our meal, you'll also have the chance to taste my Japanese delicacies that I make all from scratch like miso paste, pickled plum, pesto sauce and soy yogurt - you won't be able to taste anything similar anywhere else! During class, I'll also offer tips on how the concept of Soshoku can help you live a healthier lifestle and how you choose the best ingredients to optimize your life and health. Once our meal is finished being prepared, we'll all sit down with some drinks and tea to enjoy the amazing fish, tempura & vegetables we created together.

As a former national tennis player both in Japan & the US, I'm passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and empowering others to do so as well! In my authentic Japenese cooking classes, I use only the most seasonal, home-grown organic vegetables and teach my guests how they can implement similar choices into their daily routine and practice their own version of Soshoku.
