De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

La demeure en pierre, séparée en 2 parties accueille la meilleure pizzeria d’Eymet en façade et sur le côté, une entrée dérobée dévoile une charmante cour intérieure avec bassin de détente, table de jardin, BBQ. Egalement, dans une pièce dédiée, tapis de course et rameur. A l’étage un salon salle à manger lumineux et cuisine ouverte. Deux chambres en suite et un lit superposé cabine dans le couloir. 2 toilettes et une buanderie.

A beautiful private swimming pool, heated from May to September, awaits you, out of sight, with its equipped relaxation areas. Our house is adjacent to the gîte. The house has a high-quality stove, exposed beams on the ceiling and terracotta tiles on the floor. It is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer thanks to the new air conditioning. There is the possibility of being picked up from the train station for a small extra fee.
