Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. Boligen er totalt 20 m2, og er et rum med køkken og senge plus et moderne badeværelse med bruser med masser af varmt vand. Der er bageovn og kogeplader, emhætte. Køleskab med indbygget fryser og ellers alt almindeligt køkkenudstyr.

Boathouse in Leirvík with spa Welcome to our modern boathouse with a beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. The Area The house is located by the marina in Leirvík. It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. Located in the valley, just a ten minute walk from the famous Múlafossur waterfall, you will always be surrounded by breath-taking nature, birds and wildlife. It is only 15mins away from the airport and 1h from the capitol, making it easy to explore and enjoy all that the Faroe Islands have to offer.

The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. My traditional Faroese house is located on the southern island, Sudoroy, surrounded by breathtaking nature with public transportation right by the door. The 2 hour ferry trip to the island, return ticket about 11 euro and 37 euro with car, is beautiful. Newly renovated house decorated stylish and simple with danish designs. Beautiful sea and mountains view from all rooms.

“Grømmastova” Cozy old house in Viðareiði.

Hyggeligt hus i Viðareiði. Renoveret i 2019, oprindelig bygget i 1905. Viðareiði er en landsby. Her bor 360 mennesker. Smuk natur med store fjelde. Du kan gå til "Enniberg" Placeringen er fantastisk og har en af de smukkeste udsigt over Færøerne. På Viðareiði er der en rimelig stor legeplads for børn og en fodboldsbane. Det er ingen butik på Viðareiði.

Cozy boathouse by the sea

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)

Cosy little old house in Tjørnuvík

The house is very old. Originally the house was half the size it is today, only around 15m2. In 1884 they built it bigger, around 29m2. Nobody knows how old the original house is. People have been living in the small village of Tjørnuvík for thousand years.

We renovated this old boathouse 2021. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people.
