It has a large bedroom with a king size bed and the living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed to allow the number of guests to increase to four.

This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.
