[ENG below] Grazioso nuovo appartamento situato a piano terra, in stile moderno, contesto silenzioso, immerso nella tranquilla campagna veneta, a 500 m dalla pista ciclo-pedonale lungo il Brenta, da un lato direzione Padova (5 km), dall’altro Venezia (25 km), lungo la riviera del Brenta e le sue meravigliose ville venete. Ottimo collegamento con autobus lungo la strada principale. Comodo supermercato a 100 metri e servizi primari (alimentari, bar, pizzeria, edicola, farmacia, parco giochi).

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
