Very quiet town and well connected by train or car, 15 minutes from Sitges and 35 minutes from Barcelona. Tourist rental for weeks from May to October. The monthly rent from October to May does NOT include services (water, gas and electricity). A deposit of €150 must be left in advance until the invoices are received. Soaring above are exposed beams, below lie pale wooden floors, while in-between is beautiful exposed brickwork. The loft is located in a residential neighborhood near Sofia Avenue. The beach, city center, and train station are all roughly equidistant, and all easily reached on foot. Several supermarkets, plus restaurants, bars, and shops are closer still.
