The monthly rent from October to May does NOT include services (water, gas and electricity). A deposit of €150 must be left in advance until the invoices are received. High speed WiFi connection. The location is really unbeatable, 1 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the train station and all you can need is really close, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops... There's a big balcony with street views. You'll love it!
