Apartment of 45 sq. m., located on the second floor. No lift. With its own kitchen (fridge with freezer, hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, cleaning products) and a bathroom (toilet, shower). Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, towels and bed linen, toilet paper and toiletries are provided free of charge. Both in the bedroom and in the back there is air conditioning, heating - floor heating. In the hall there is a double sofa, LG smart TV. No washing machine, nearest laundry is 500 meters away. There is a small balcony where you can smoke.
