Precioso estudio en un oasis de tranquilidad pero muy próximo al centro de la ciudad, a siete minutos en coche. Aquí podrás estudiar, trabajar o desconectar, según desees. Es un estudio independiente, totalmente equipado situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. No tiene ascensor. La cama es de 150x200cm. Dispone de un sofá con chaisselongue y smart tv.
