And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Our cozy home accommodates 6 guests with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. Not a party pad, so we kindly ask you to respect the tranquil ambience.

This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Our gorgeous family home offers the perfect place to relax, unwind & explore the twin towns of Agnes Water & 1770. Whale Song captures everything & more you are looking for in a luxury beach-side holiday. Perfectly located, with just a 2 minute stroll to the popular Main Beach surf, easy walks to cafes, restaurants & shops. Beautifully furnished with many spaces to chill out, whether pool side, on the deck or around the large stone kitchen bench. Ideal for families with children or couples.

The Hut Turkey Beach

The Hut at Turkey Beach is the perfect escape for fishing, crabbing and relaxing. What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. Agnes Water Views - Luxe stay, stunning views

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Wildflower Studio

Experience a charming retreat in our cozy shed studio, nestled in a quiet town near the Queensland Bruce Highway. With a peaceful country setting and chickens just outside your door, this space offers a relaxing escape. Enjoy a self-sufficient stay with fresh eggs available upon request. Please note, for the comfort and health of our family, **NO smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property, additionally, NO animals (including service animals) allowed**, due to allergies.

Charade Cottage at the Beach

You’ll treasure your time at this quaint cosy freestanding cottage. Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

Casa Verde | Off-grid hideaway Agnes Water & 1770

Hide away in your own peaceful oasis just 15 minutes drive from the iconic Agnes Water main surf beach. This converted shed is completely self sufficient; still offers the modern creature comforts, but living 100% off grid. Solar, rain water, vermicompost toilet, fire hot water system... get back to basics while still enjoying Wifi. Connect with nature, local birds and kangaroos. Look at the stars by the fire. “Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view.

Cabin on the Creek

Unwind with the family at our peaceful tiny home retreat. Nestled on 10 acres right on the river’s edge, you’ll never tire of the views and stunning sunsets. Enjoy great fishing and crabbing, or take out one of our two kayaks or the stand-up paddleboard for a day on the water. The home may be small, but it’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you need — and you’re just a 2-minute drive to Woolies or 4 minutes to the beach.
