Fortune Cottage, Harbour and Sea Views

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

The local beach next to the Breakwater with its award winning Bistro is a 10 minute walk around the harbour. Other local beaches include the sandy Broadsands which is a 15 minute drive away, Goodrington with its waterpark or the wild unspoilt St Marys beach which is a 30 minute walk around the Coast Path.
