De oude Wagenschuur aan de rivier de Lek.

Dit prachtige vakantiehuisje was vroeger een 100 jaar oude wagenschuur, waarvan oude balkenwerk zoveel mogelijk in het zicht is gebleven. Het huisje staat op het erf van onze 400 jaar oude monumentale krukhuis boerderij, waar we wonen met onze schapen, kippen en hond. Het huisje beschikt over een eigen zitje buiten. Tegenover de boerderij zijn de uiterwaarden van de rivier de Lek met de vele leuke kleine strandjes. En op steenworp afstand ligt het gezellige zilverstadje Schoonhoven.

Hooischuur met charme in oer-Hollands landschap

Langs weilanden met knotwilgen rij je een gemoedelijk dorpje in. Bij de kerk sla je een doodlopend weggetje in. Al snel bereik je een zwart huisje omringd door groen; ons gastenverblijf ‘De Hooischuur’. Al bij het betreden van het vrijstaande huisje voelt het meteen als thuiskomen. En dat is exact het gevoel dat wij u graag willen geven.
