This apartment is located on the top floor of the house and offer a high comfort space of 90m2. My place is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife and downtown. You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere. Newly renovated studio La Vita è bella is a size of 25m2 and is in the basement of our family house. It is located 300m from the beach,100 m from restaurants, 300m from store and 800m from city center. The studio has a kitchen and bathroom, tv,cabel(sat), free air condition and a free wi-fi. Parking is available right in front of the house and terase too. In the house we also have a massage salon. Our guest are able to get massage services as the discounted price.

Our yellow apartment is on the high ground floor of the house and there is another 1 bedroom apartment on the same floor, the blue one. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room where is extra bed for 2 person, bathroom and a big terrace! There is a shaded parking place and possibility of charging the car.
