This one bedroom villa is ideal for honeymooners and couples to relax in absolute privacy right on a secluded white sandy beach with only a few steps from the veranda. The villa is surrounded by two of the most beautiful beaches in Seychelles, the Anse Georgette and Anse Lazio beach. Close proximity to shops, restaurants, takeaway food shop and the airport. Praslin island is only 15mins by plane from the international airport on Mahe and is well located to explore the other surrounding islands

This unique villa is located on a hillside on large private property of 7 acres. The villa has a 270 degree sea view of St Pierre Island, Curieuse Island, Cote d'or and Anse Boudin beaches. The Seahorse is a beachfront property with spectacular views. It has views of the nearby Ile Malice The Sisters, Coco and Felicité islands. The Villa is in a very tranquil surrounding and the area is renowed for it's snorkeling, large variety of beautiful fishes, dolphins, rays and Hawksbill turtles.

My place is 2 minutes drive and 24 minutes walk from the harbour for easy island hopping to and from the main island, public transport is easily assessible with the bustops just across the road! The airport is 15 mins by car. There's two grocery stores nearby and there's a coffee shop for your breakfast needs about 6mins walk away. We are literally on a small beach called Anse L'amour which means love beach. You will need transport to see the bigger more popular beaches.

Our two garden villas are situated at the entrance to the property and please note they do not have a sea view. The sea is at the end of the property 150 metres walk down the garden from the villa. Our clients love the private beach area at the end of the property where they can access the sea and sun loungers and enjoy beautiful sunsets!
