It is located in a quiet neighbourhood on the side of Eagle Ridge Mountain. You will be six kilometers from downtown Grand Forks, a short drive with lots of shopping. You can easily access to the Trans Canada Trail around the corner from the carriage house where you can hike, bike, ATV, cross-country ski; an outdoor enthusiast's dream!

A lovingly restored turn of the century farmhouse situated on 69 acres in the Okanogan highlands at an elevation of 3900’. A historic barn, aspen grove, seasonal creek, and views of mountain peaks are just a few of the sights you can expect to see on our ranch. Plenty of room to roam. Bonaparte Lake is just 5 miles away. This cabin was built in 2022, with the goal of connection in mind. We live in Fernie BC and have friends and family in Vancouver. It is a great meeting place in the middle. Close to Kettle river, beautiful, endless walking/hiking trails, golf course, skiing etc. Floating tube rental with drop off and pick up is available in the summer.
