Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per kwh unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.. Situated on private grounds the converted rustic, small, stone built barn with adjoining kitchen, shower & toilet pod-NOTE TOILET IS NEXT DOOR TO THE SLEEPING AREA - SEE PHOTOS. The sleeping area has woodburning stove, 2 armchairs, chest of draws, radiator & superking sized bed (can be converted into 2 singles upon request). Surrounded by fields & 500 metres from the centre of the historic market town of Ulverston. It is situated 10 minutes from the start of the Cumbria Way walk.
