Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. There is a free parking place available in the houseyard just next to the apartments entrance. It has 150m2, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, where one of it has additional attached and a bedroom with a double bed. Each of the bedrooms has bathroom attached.

The 70m² big house is located at a bike path and hiking path and it´s the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with up to 5 people. For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
